The Committee on Economic Development & Tourism moved to amend the bill on page 2, section §5B-2L-14, line 23, after the subsection header (d), by striking the text of that subsection in its entirety and replacing it with the following:

“The number of districts within the state shall be determined within the discretion of the Secretary of the Department of Economic Development, the Secretary of the Department of Tourism, and the Secretary of the Department of Commerce by their agreement, subject to the $150 million limitation on aggregate sum of approved costs for all projects for any fiscal year as set forth in §5B-2L-16(c) of the Code of West Virginia.”
